The contents of any
work accepted by Letters Help including personal and
sensitive details are regarded as strictly private
and confidential and will not be disclosed to any
third party under any circumstances unless required
to do so by law.
Part payment is required
in advance on larger websites. On small sites we ask
for a deposit of £50, once we receive this we
will begin work on your website. The remainder is
due once the project has been completed and your site
is up and running. Our payment terms are strictly
30 days.
Full payment is due 30 days from the
date of the invoice, Payment should be made to Letters
Help – post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
Late payment will be calculated on a weekly basis
at a rate of 5% of the total amount owing until
payment is received and cleared.
